The mosque, which the Indian Army destroyed, had written on its wall "Bunyan Marsoos" Why did the Gulf states ask the Pakistani military leadership that we cannot afford another Gaza? Did India succeed in setting up a new normal in South Asia? How did Pakistan deceive the Russian S-400 defence system? What were Narendra Modi and Rajnath hiding while speaking in Parliament? If Operation Sandoor is not over, "Bunyan Marsoos" is also going on. Curious fellows. I, Faisal Warraich. On the night of May 6 and 7, India targeted mosques, madrasas and houses inside Pakistan in Operation Sindoor, then, one of the targets was the mosque of Muzaffarabad. The roof and some walls of this mosque collapsed. But one wall was intact. On this wall was written a verse of the Holy Quran, the last two words of which were "Bunyan Marsoos'' which means "leaded, strong wall". With these words, Pakistan decided to respond to the Indian attacks. In response to India's Operation Sindoor, Pakistan's Operation Bunyan-e-Marsoos did not start immediately. Since Pakistan was already in a victorious position after destroying six Indian planes, the Indian aggression was given time to exhaust itself. Pakistan did not want to give India a chance to attack any major asset, such as a Pakistani fighter jet or a military base, successfully. Pakistan had another reason for doing it. That was Pakistan's friendly countries putting pressure on it to refrain from retaliating against the Indian attack. These efforts had been started before the Indian attack on Pakistan. Before attacking Pakistani mosques, madrassas and civilian sites, the Indian leadership had informed the Gulf leadership and urged it to ask Pakistan forces to keep quiet and passive during the Operation Sindoor. That is, they should not retaliate against the Indian attack. These Arab countries thought Pakistan was weak and tried to stop it. You can know this story from Azaz Syed, who reported it. This is the same call that Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar, without making a reference, had said, Indian had beforehand intimated to Pakistan about the attack. The words by Narender Modi, wherein he expressed surprise, also resulted from the same delusion. Friends, in the first episode, in which the historic story of the Indo-Pakistan war and the destruction of six Indian fighter jets was told to you. After that, the account of the pressure on Pakistan from the friendly countries, at the behest of India, which failed to stop Pakistan from striking back. In this background, the Indian leadership was frustrated about how to wrap up the operation Sindoor without inflicting a major loss to Pakistan? What should the Indian leadership tell its people about what it had achieved in the operation? So, the Indian leadership spread the Operation Sindoor all over Pakistan. With the Brahmos Missiles and drones, the next day, Indian forces attacked the Pakistani airbases, civilian settlements, stadiums and the Industrial areas. Many Indian drones began to hover over cities including Lahore and Rawalpindi. And social media began to show sentiments of the furious people on it. Pakistanis were asking in anger why they were not responding. Meanwhile, the Indian media had taken its people into another dimension of the universe and was telling its viewers that the Indian Army had conquered many cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Sargodha, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Sialkot. According to the Indian media, these parts of Pakistan have been incorporated into Greater India. Obviously, it was nonsense reporting, and the serious quarters in India were very embarrassed about it. On the other hand, the fact was that for four days, Indian forces continued hectic efforts to hit any major target in Pakistan but Indian forces failed to get any trophy target. On the contrary, Pakistani forces shot down at least 78 Indian drones, undoubtedly, most of them were Israel-made. In addition, cyber warfare was applied to many Brahmos missiles and drones and they were hacked and diverted from their targets. That was, they were soft-killed. The Chinese HQ-9 and different Pakistani defence systems played a pivotal role in it. As you know that no defence system in the world guarantees 100 percent security. Therefore, some missiles and drones escaped the defence system and hit the Pakistani airbases. One of them hit the hangar in Bholari Airbase, Jacobabad which caused partial, repairable damage to a fighter jet. On the night between May 9 and 10, explosions were heard at the Noor Khan Airbase in Islamabad. And blasts were also heard at Mushaf, Rafiqui, Sialkot, Pasroor and some other bases in Pakistan. They caused some damage to the buildings and runaways. India claimed to have targeted two air defence systems in Lahore and Karachi. But the fact was that both these air defence systems were decoys, that means they were just models placed only to deceive and were not real systems. The real systems were shifted to other places several days ago and the Indian intelligence got into the deception. Similarly, the Indian Army also targeted the civilian Sheikh Zayed International Airport in Rahim Yar Khan, although the airport was rarely used except by Arab visitors. When India continued to fire at Pakistan for four days and there was no response from Pakistan it struck a question in everyone's mind at the international and national levels that whether Pakistan is incapable of responding or does not want to respond? Obviously, one of the reasons for this is that Pakistan was exhausting Indian aggression. The second reason was that pressure was being put on Pakistan at the international level not to respond to India. But the four days of continuous attack gave Pakistan a clear justification to respond in full force. On the morning of May 10, Pakistan launched Operation Bunyan Marsoos to respond to the Indian aggression. The operation was named after the seven Pakistani children who were martyred in the Indian attacks. They were Hawa, Urwa, Muhammad, Uwaim, Umar, Umar Musa and Artza. Their names were also written on the launchers from which the missiles were fired at India. The Indian Army had launched Operation Sindoor at night while Pakistan launched Operation Banyan in broad daylight. In this operation, Pakistan had two strategic objectives. One is to prove its military superiority over India and show that if India takes the war any further, Pakistan has all the tools, training and will to inflict more damage on India than it can even imagine. The second objective was to carry out symbolic attacks on all the places from which Pakistan was attacked during Operation Sandoor. Symbolically, to necessarily keep the escalation under control, as massive damage could have taken the war out of hand. That's what mature armies do. If you look closely, India did almost the same for four days. Well, these Indian targets, as you have seen in the previous episode, were spread from Srinagar in the North of India to Naliya in the South. Altogether, these were at least 36 installations that Pakistani forces targeted. Videos of many of them were also secured and distributed. In which the Indian targets were hit and smoke and fire were visible there. For the first objective of the war, i.e. to prove military superiority , Pakistan precisely hit the Indian the best air defence system, Russian-made S-400 and rendered it ineffective. It proved that Pakistan holds that capability that can bypass India's best air defence system. To target that system, Pakistan attacked Indian bases in Udhampur and Bhoj. India had installed its S-400 system over there. And this system was bypassed and hit. Many in India and Pakistan question, how did it happen? In fact, the Pakistani pilots had thoroughly trained themselves in China on the S-400. They well knew the advantages and disadvantages of this system and had also drilled to destroy it during the military exercises. Pakistan had also acquired CM-400 missiles from China to target this system. This hypersonic missile catches the radar signals of its target and then attacks following the same. The only way to avoid it is for the enemy that he should risk keeping his radar off and detect the upcoming missile from any other source. But India did not switch off the radar system of its S-400 system on May 10, which may be because it lacked information that Pakistan can hit it. Benefitting from it, Pakistan's fighter jets F-17, Thunder, with the help of CM-400 targeted the S-400 Indian defence system placed in Udhampur and Bhoj. These special missiles, while following the Indian radar system, moved four or five times the speed of sound, Mach 4 or 5, and destroyed the radar part of the two systems. On May 11, Air Marshal Aurangzeb, with the satellite images, also showed the location of the S-400 at the Udhampur base, and also briefed on how it was tracked and after confirming its locations, this system was hit with precise accuracy. Friends, you may have seen that to overrule the claim of Pakistan, PM Narendra Modi later visited the Udhampur airbase. He addressed the Air Force personnel there. During his speech, the launcher of the S-400 was erected in the background. By that, India was trying to give the impression that the S-400 system was safe and intact. But the fact is that Pakistan did not target this launcher. Pakistan had only shown its ability to fail the S-400 and that it can hit any component in its presence by destroying the radar system of S-400. That is why you did not see the radar component of this system anywhere in PM Modi's speech. However, earlier, Pakistan had said what it had targeted. If Narendra Modi wanted to prove Pakistan wrong, he should have shown radars and not launchers. Apart from the failure of the S-400, Pakistan also gave another symbolic impression of military superiority. That action involved dozens of Pakistani drones which reached New Delhi and Gujarat, which locates the hometown of Narendra Modi Wadingar, and several other cities. These armed drones four many hours freely flew around the Indian military installations and important buildings. India could not shoot down these drones nor hack their systems. So, after delivering enough messages, the Pakistani forces diverted these drones towards fields and deserted places and downed them. In short, during Operation Banyan Mersoos, Pakistan confirmed to have hit at least seven Indian airbases. Two bases, Nigrota and Beas, from where Brahmos missiles were fired at Pakistan, were also hit. In the briefing of the Indian military on May 10, most of these losses were also acknowledged. You heard Indian military spokespersons admitting seven Indian bases, Udhampur, Pathankot, Adhampur, Bhoj and Bathinda stations, Srinagar and Awantipora, as attacked by Pakistan. Rather, they also said that lives and machinery have been damaged at those bases. Apart from Indian spokespersons, International media also covered the attacks in Occupied Kashmir, including Srinagar. The BBC reporter said that there were five explosions at the Srinagar airbase. But at the same time, he also told another important thing. He said that the sound of a plane passing here has also been heard. If this is to be believed, it would mean that the five explosions heard at the Srinagar base were an airstrike by the Pakistan Air Force, and their return home after the attack. That is, Pakistani planes flew up to Srinagar and returned after bombing the Indian airbase and Indian air defence was completely blind to it If this is believed to be true, you should also just listen to this. A major part of Operation Bunyan Marsoos consisted of cyber and satellite attacks, an innovative and essential theatre of modern warfare. According to Pakistani forces, they hit many power supply systems, official databases and military satellites, and hacked a lot of data. The official website of the ruling BJP was hacked for a while as the BJP immediately shifted it to a new server. Another claim, which could not be independently verified, is that Pakistan disrupted 70 percent of India's electricity supply in a cyber attack, temporarily cutting it off. The worst damage was done to the power supply of the state of Maharashtra. After cyber-attacks, failing India's best defence system and attacks on all Indian bases from where attacks were launched on Pakistan, Pakistan, hours after that, concluded the counter to the operation of Operation Sindoor. India had been given the response that if India attacks inside Pakistan under any pretext, Pakistan will counterattack and respond to it on the military bases of the rivals. Pakistan is both capable and ready to respond to the Indian aggression. So, after achieving its main objectives, there was no need for Pakistan to continue the war. Because the message had reached the Modi government and the Indian Army that it was not possible to settle the score with Pakistan over the destruction of their planes. On the contrary, Indian forces were suffering more losses in this effort. However, to save face, Indian had started spreading this narrative that its forces had also achieved all the targets of the Operation Sindoor. Therefore, India also needs no further action. So India made an open offer of a ceasefire to Pakistan. Immediately after the conclusion of Operation Bunyan-Marsoos on May 10, India made the offer in front of the cameras. Listen to Indian Military Spokesperson Vomika Singh. Indian spokespersons clearly said that Pakistan is increasing the number of its troops on the Line of Control (LoC). India said Pakistan intended for further escalation. While the Indian Armed Forces reiterated that if Pakistan did not escalate the war, India will also not go ahead with it. That is, if Pakistan stops the attacks, then India is ready for a ceasefire. After India's ceasefire offer on May 10, which you have just seen, the DGMOs of both countries contacted each other and agreed to a ceasefire. But the most important thing during this time was that neither country set any conditions for a ceasefire. On May 10, the ceasefire started at 4:30 PM according to Pakistani time. But here comes a big international political twist in the story. That is, the official announcement of the ceasefire was not made by India or Pakistan, but by American President Donald Trump on his personal social media platform, Truth Social. Then he started repeating in his speeches that it is he who used trade as a weapon and has restored peace between the two nuclear powers. The US president has been saying this continuously and has repeated this claim at least 29 times to date. Now the difficulty was that the Pakistani Prime Minister did not challenge his claim at all. Instead, he thanked President Trump. After some time, he was also nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Meaning, after victory on the war front, Pakistan began to score on India in international diplomacy. Donald Trump would term the Pakistani and Indian leadership as the best and himself as a peacemaker. And these were the two things that India never wanted. India had spent billions of dollars over the years to keep Pakistan separate from itself in American diplomacy. And also to keep itself ahead of Pakistan in power. But now Donald Trump was flaunting this setup, not only hyphenating Pakistan and India, i.e. mentioning them as equals, but also taking the credit for the ceasefire. In other words, he was saying that India had stopped the war on his threat. Now, apparently, it was not the case that the United States was active in bringing about a ceasefire in either country. World powers usually do this, and the world concedes to it. But the problem was that Narendra Modi was telling his people something else. He told his people that India had taught a good lesson to Pakistan and India stopped its attacks due to Pakistan's pleading. But Donald Trump's statements were telling the opposite story. By holding both countries in equality, he talked about his efforts to broker a ceasefire. So, the problem for the BJP and PM Modi was that how to deny the intervention of the world's biggest power and their ally, the US president. If they deny it, they anger Trump. If they don't deny it, they will have to admit to the Indians that India is not a world power, but a country that takes dictations from world powers. But for them, the problem did not end here. Because when they said that they reached a ceasefire on our own after Pakistan beseeched it, then the question cropped up that if India was winning the war then what compelled it to stop the war? And if Pakistan was imploring to stop the war then, on what conditions did India stop the war? BJP and PM Modi had no answer to all these because the reality was the opposite, and they were lying. These situations were destroying the false image of India and Narendra Modi, which was built by spending billions of dollars in the last 11 years and which was commonly called a 56-inch chest. In this image, India, under the leadership of Narendra Modi, had become the world's superman, Vishwaguru and Pakistan was nothing more than a weak, helpless state for it. Both these delusions were proved false by the Operation Bunyan Marsoos. The Indian Opposition wanted the answer that the people should be told who and why has the ceasefire been reached, and how much damage has been caused to the Indian planes? After much procrastination, and 80 days after the end of the Operation Sandoor on July 29, the Lok Sabha session was finally convened. But here too, instead of answering the questions, the focus was on proving the questioned Congress to be a Pakistani agent. On the other hand, Interior Minister Rajnath Singh, on the floor of the House, also told a big lie He lied because Indian military spokespersons on May 10 had admitted losses on at least seven Indian bases. It was evident that the Modi government was hiding a lot about its losses and the ceasefire issue. The losses were now identified in the international media. Every report proved them. And the proof of American intervention was that Marco Rubio's contacts with Pakistan and India were also published in the American media. Even External Affairs Minister Jaishankar himself had said that the American Secretary of State was in touch with India during the war. Friends, this short war brought up Pakistan, India and international politics a completely changed power perspective in South Asia. It was totally upside down. The Arab countries, which were asking Pakistan to remain silent on the Indian attack were now started meeting with the Pakistani political and military leadership. In Pakistan, the unpopular hybrid system got energy. The army chief was promoted to field marshal, meaning victory was declared by Pakistan. In the United States, President Donald Trump, for the first time in history, invited a non-president, military chief, to a lunch and had a two-hour long meeting. The confidence of the military alliance of China and Pakistan increased a lot. Finally, friends, if you have a question about the win or loss in this battle, and for the answer to it, you must not look at it in a conventional way. Because in conventional warfare, the objectives are clear. If someone captures the enemy's territory or hits the target, it is a victory. Or if someone pushed back the external attack, that too became his victory. But in this short battle, the decision of victory or defeat was to be made by perception. The clear perception of this war was that Pakistan had not only inflicted more damage on India, but Pakistan also established its superiority over India in technology, tactics and professionalism. You have seen some evidence of this in the video, but on July 4, the Indian Deputy Army Chief also admitted it during a press conference. He said that during the ceasefire talks, Pakistan was telling us which weapons of India are active and where. It means that Pakistan was so technologically ahead of India. Hear the SOT (soundbite). On the other hand, India's objective that it has set a new normal has miserably failed. Because India wanted to set the new normal, that is, in case of any suspicion of an attack on its soil, India will attack inside Pakistan. As America is doing in Afghanistan or Israel in Gaza. But when India tried to inflict such an attack on Pakistan, it suffered more losses. It lost its fighter jets and the weakness of its air defence systems was also exposed to the whole world. That is, the new doctorate has failed. If we look at economic losses, India's loss is huge. Because the cost of India's one Rafale aircraft is more than the damage caused to all the bases of Pakistan. Finally, India's international perception was also irreparably damaged. As the Western world, especially the US, visualised India as its powerful Asian ally against China But after the defeat by Pakistan, this perception about India has collapsed completely, that it could be a counter force to China in any way Rather, it was once again being seen as a military rival of Pakistan. So, keeping all these things in mind, one can confidently say that Pakistan had a clear advantage in this limited war. Perhaps that is why Narendra Modi has said that Operation Sindoor is not over yet. Pakistan should take these words seriously. Because Narendra Modi still has three years and ten months left in power. To avenge his embarrassment, and to work up the sentiments of his Hindutva votebank, he can anytime resort to any adventure or misadventure against Pakistan. If that happens, it will be an entirely new battle. It will have nothing to do with the May 2025 war. Because the professional armies of both countries will enter the battlefield, learning from this experience. We hope that the peaceful people on both sides will not allow this to happen because it is easy to start a war, but when it goes out of control. When the escalation control is no longer with anyone. No one knows. Friends, the war history between Pakistan and India is very sad, long from day one. We have made excellent documentaries on almost all the major Pak-India wars, showing which country made mistakes where and who won or lost. You can see the wars of 1965, 1971and Kargil by touching these three points.
